Good bye mails shows your feeling about the people you are leaving and the way you design your goodbye mail, that shows how much you were able to show your feeling...!!

Usualy, people who receive these types of mail dont read them fully because they have such impression in their mind that it will contain full copied meaningless sentenses like how they've enjoyed their so called"Great time" they spent, and how they would like to thank everyone right from the CEO of the company to the gatekeeper.
So,dont just let it be a copied goodby mail, add some interest by adding your image which will completely change the look and feel of the mail and say something which you feel...

Whenever we are going for a farewell party, the first thing we do is sending the invitations. The wordings conveys what kind of a party it is and set the right mood for all to getexcited ,however, apart from wording..if we put a picture in the background, it will create a MAGIC. Trust me!!
...its very easy. you can just do it in MSPAINT.
I have designed very short and sweet inviation letter for a requesting a get-together to give farewell to friends who are living our group. You can see there are only 2 lines but isnt it a magical invitation?
